Words cannot express my gratefulness!! So Samuel Mayer was the key. I reviewed the attachments, told my wife and then called Chet. It was a historic event! It had been long considered impossible to trace. We will cherish these files. I will long remember your persistent research and encouragement.

It always appears to me that someone appears on the scene to give help so unselfishly. This is just a short note for now.

A Warranty Deed was signed to Friedrich Seibold, (my paternal grandfather) on Feb. 24 1909.

I recently came upon these papers locked in a safety deposit box so knew nothing about it until now. This all makes a very interesting story.

I think I have a story to add to it all. I will appreciate all the help I can get from you. It was so good to receive your letter. Do'you think we carTrnake a good write up?

You are a sweetheart. I mailed the translation with a picture of JB and his children born in Romania this morning. Sept. 28, 2006.

I gave about 15 presentations of my first trip to Romania including Fargo, Bismarck, Minot, Jamestown, Lodi, CA and a host of other places including Drake, ND, lecturing in schools and a host of other places. I need someone to straighten my desk too. Lots of info but where to get my hands on it fast. My eyes do not help when strained.
